Steps:
To register your return, we ask you to notify us in writing by email at info@lockease.nl or by filling out the contact form on our website. Please provide the following information: name, date, product name, and order number.
You must ship the package within 14 days from the day of arrival to:
Colijnlaan 18, 2181 XK Hillegom.
Keep the return receipt you receive from the shipping company. The buyer is responsible for the return shipment of the package.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
When the item arrives at our address, it may take up to 5 working days to process the refund. This timeframe includes both processing time and bank transfer time.
Note: returns are at your own expense.

All labels are intact and attached to the product.

In such cases, costs may be charged to you, or the product will be sent back to the consumer in its current state unless you pay the shipping costs.
